Since doors opened in 2015, we’ve released countless of beers inspired by the cultures, traditions, and flavors of the city we call home. There’s a manifest of inspiration behind every pint, from Stiltsville Pilsner named after the iconic houses built on stilts in Key Biscayne to Havana Lager influenced by the Latin traditions in the city. Each one of our beers embodies a taste of Miami, both past and present.
Sola, our iconic logo, was also designed to represent Miami. She is mysterious, strong, beautiful, and alluring much like the city she’s from. With Sola and Miami in mind, we always knew we wanted to create a beer that honored those attributes while also paying homage to the people of South Florida. Year after year we created recipes in search of the right beer and after several iterations we found the one.
This new IPA glows with a hazy golden veil and has four hop varieties that give an intensely juicy, tropical, bright citrus aroma and flavor and are complemented by a touch of malt. It’s a beer we’re proud to give the name of Sola!
Sola IPA is para la gente. We encourage you to try this against your favorite IPA!

Drink for a Good Cause
When we decided to host a celebration of live local music in Coral Gables, it only made sense to team up with our friends at the Coral Gables Hispanic Foundation. We have long been fans of their mission to showcase the diverse flavors that the Hispanic culture brings to South Florida through music and art and are excited to help raise awareness and support for their work.
