Sola IPA

Mango Biche Gose

ABV  ||  On Tap Exclusively at the Social Hall on July 14

Our take on a traditional Colombian snack using local green mangos, lime juice and salt.

Sola IPA

6.8% ABV  ||  Draft Release on July 17th

There’s a new IPA comin’ to town… and she’s a beauty. Four hop varieties give Sola an intensely juicy, tropical, bright citrus aroma and flavor, complemented by a touch of malt. Hitting the Social Hall and taps around town mid July!

Bouvalay

8.7% ABV  ||  On Tap at the Social Hall Now  ||  Can Release August 18!

Bouvalay was aging on French oak when the brewery was evacuated during 2017’s Hurricane Irma. Without power, and therefore no temperature control, it was aged au natural, intensifying the tannic vanilla notes from the oak. It’s is a smooth, dark mahogany-colored beer with notes of spice, vanilla and dark fruit.
