5 Questions with Courtney Einhorn!

Halloween is over and the holidays are right around the corner! That means our Spiced Imperial Porter, Deck the Walls, is back for the season.

During last year’s event, we held a live art competition to determine the can label for this year’s release and local artist, Courtney Einhorn‘s piece (below) was chosen by the public! We checked in with her to learn more about her work and are excited to have her at the Social Hall this Sunday, November 11 for our Deck the Walls can release.

Where are you from and how did you get your start as an artist?

I’m from Miami and have been drawing, coloring, and painting since I can remember, back in pre-school. Up until 5 years ago, I considered art a hobby, giving away my work for free to friends and family. I’ve since quit corporate America, and have become a full-time, professional artist. Art has been in my blood since birth!

Where do you get your inspiration from?

From growing up in this vibrant, colorful city!

Would you say you work with one specific theme or medium?

I work with acrylic paints and I specialize in abstract and pop art. My canvas always ends up being filled with a TON of color.

How did you get connected to the brewery?

As a wine drinker, I have not been very connected to the brewery world. My first time at Concrete Beach was actually at the Deck The Walls event last year. Everyone was very friendly and helped put on a great night, and I’ve been back many times since. I love the atmosphere, the games, and the fact that the flights come in artist palettes!

Where can people view and purchase your art?

You can learn more on my website www.courtneyeinhorn.com or Instagram @courtneyeinhorn. And if you’re looking for your own piece to complete your home or office, or even for a mural, you can contact me directly at courtneyeinhorn@gmail.com!
